Caitlin Hargrove, LPC Associate
Clinical Therapist
Individual Therapy for Adults

Accepting New Clients
In order to survive trauma, oftentimes we develop protective strategies (like people-pleasing or avoidance patterns) and therefore we foreclose off from vital parts of ourselves. Though Caitlin knows surviving trauma is not the same as resolving trauma. In working with Caitlin, she will not only support you in reclaiming what was lost in the wake of a traumatic experience or a difficult childhood, but also she will help you dig in and access parts of your true Self that you have been waiting for. Caitlin artfully balances warmth, compassion, and her robust clinical skills to engender more authenticity, a greater sense of self-confidence, and healing.

Britt Fellwock, LPC-S
Owner & Clinical Director
Individual Therapy for Adults • Supervision for LPC Associates • Professional Consultation

Not Accepting New Clients
Clarifying what you truly desire for yourself and what is getting in the way of your healing is the work Britt does best. Her skillset and training are extensive, which she leverages to get to the core of your unconscious (and maybe even consciously held) patterns that have far outlived their usefulness in your life today. Britt gets it— many of our current relationship dynamics were once early adaptations to survive trauma. While there are hidden pleasures in maintaining these old strategies, if you’re willing, Britt can support you in accessing your adult agency and freeing yourself from self-limiting, self-guilting, and self-rejecting patterns born in the past.
